About the partners:
NEXTGen Detroit Pride’s goal is to serve as a welcoming gateway into the Jewish community for LGBTQA young adults (21-45) looking for connections and a supportive atmosphere to explore everything that Jewish Detroit has to offer.
The Well is an inclusive Jewish community-building, education and spirituality outreach initiative geared to the needs of young adults in Metro Detroit. By cultivating relationships and empowering participant-planned gatherings, we are growing and sustaining a Jewish community that is innovative, inclusive, intentional, and relevant. Our belief is that Jewish community, ethics, values, and spirituality can and should be directly applicable to our lives, and should drive us to positively impact the world around us.
OneTable is Friday night magic. We’re a national nonprofit. We offer ritual guides, cards, and 1-on-1 support to make Shabbat dinner accessible and habitual. OneTable empowers people who don’t yet have a consistent Shabbat dinner practice to build one that feels authentic, sustainable, and valuable. The OneTable community is funded to support people (21-39ish) looking to find and share this powerful experience. We make it easy for hosts to welcome people to a Shabbat dinner at home, for guests to savor a Friday meal and for all to experience unique events for Shabbat dinner out. Join us for slowing down, joining together, and sharing stories.
