Join Rabbi Benjamin Shalva for an experience of celebration, learning, and self-exploration. Using the lessons and techniques gained through years of religious exploration and inward reflection, Rabbi Shalva will offer simple and powerful ways to connect with your spiritual self, whether it be in a place of worship or on the hiking trail, or even while sitting in the car, working at the computer, or kneeling in your garden. By cross-training in three simple exercises—silence, stretch, and song—you can strengthen your spiritual muscles and deepen your personal search for meaning.
No special attire or previous background necessary. All are welcome!
